Banana Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 to 3 bananas
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 to 4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add the beaten eggs with a fork; mash the bananas.
Add the buttermilk and vanilla.
Add this to the eggs and shortening mixture.
Add the dry ingredients and chopped nuts.
Pour the batter into muffin tins.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
