Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini, peeled
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar.
    Add oil.
    Mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Now add zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, cinnamon and nuts.
    Pour ingredients into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
