Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. ice water
Preparation
    Add flour to shortening; add salt and blend together until crumbly.
    Beat egg lightly in some of the water.
    Work into the flour mixture; add vinegar and blend all together lightly.
    Roll out on a floured surface.
    Will make 3 single crusts or 2 double crusts.
