Cookies For Health Conscious - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. softened oleo
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal (uncooked)
    1/2 c. raisins
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine flour and next 3 ingredients.
    Gradually add margarine, sugars, egg substitute and vanilla.
    Stir in raisins. Spray cookie sheet.
    Drop dough by spoonfuls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
