Pat-Pats Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind or juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs with fork.
    Stir in the next 4 ingredients until thick.
    Add the last 3 ingredients; mix well.
    Dough will be soft. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Take glass with sugar on and stamp each cookie.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown.
