Crickets(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chocolate covered raisins
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat butter, sugar and light brown sugar on high until light, 2 minutes.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
    Add vanilla in with the last egg.
    Add flour, baking soda and salt.
    Mix on low just to combine.
    Fold chocolate covered raisins and pecans into mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 11 to 12 minutes, just until golden. Recipe yields 4 dozen.
