Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. quick cooking or old fashioned oats
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg vigorously in medium bowl until creamy and well blended. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
