Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 c. packed dark brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 c. white flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. toasted almonds or chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar at medium speed until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs then pumpkin and molasses (it will curdle); set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients; gradually mix dry and wet ingredients together until blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 2 buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake 60 to 65 minutes.
    Knife should come out clean.
    Cool.
