Waikiki Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. pineapple chunks
    3 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    grated rind and juice of 1 lime
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Combine pineapple, chicken, celery, pimento and almonds in large bowl.
    Chill.
    Blend mayonnaise, salt, lime rind and juice.
    Pour over salad; toss.
