Low-Fat Nutty Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with its own juice (no sugar added)
    1/3 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder.
    In large mixing bowl add beaten eggs, sweetener, pumpkin, pineapple and juice.
    Mix well; then add half the dry ingredients, mix again and gradually add the rest of dry ingredients, mix well. Then fold in Grape-Nuts cereal. Spray well a Bundt pan or 2 small loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done when tester comes out clean when inserted in center.
