Pork Chops In Sherry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops (loin center cut)
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. sherry
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Salt and pepper chops and lightly brown on both sides.
Place in baking dish and pour over the mixture of sherry and sour cream. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for an hour.
Yields 4 to 6 servings, depending on number of chops used.
