Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated unpeeled squash (about 2)
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs and sugar until light.
    Add oil and vanilla. Stir in\tsquash\tand dry ingredients.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 well-greased 9 x 5-inch pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
