Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar or honey
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. grated carrot
Preparation
    Mix together flour, baking powder and carrots.
    In a separate bowl beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into two greased bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes until top is slightly browned around edges.
