Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center.
Add water, eggs, oil and pumpkin; blend well.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Pour batter into a greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 1 loaf.
