Soda Cracker Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. crushed crackers or pretzels
1 c. oleo, melted
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip
1 can pie filling

Preparation

Mix crushed crackers or pretzels with oleo and sugar; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar well. Add Cool Whip and beat until fluffy.
Spread over cracker mixture. Spread pie filling over mixture.
Refrigerate for several hours. Use raspberry, cherry or blueberry pie filling.
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or any sprinkle desired.
