Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cranberries, chopped
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Add butter to boiling water; stir to melt butter.
    In a bowl, beat egg and sugar.
    Add to water mix; stir.
    Add cranberries, nuts, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda; stir and spoon into a buttered loaf pan (9 x 5-inch).
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
