Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    rind of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    juice of 1 lemon, mixed with 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix shortening, eggs, milk and sugar in bowl (on low mixer). Then add salt, lemon rind, baking powder and flour until mixed. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Bake in loaf pan.
