Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 large zucchini, coarsely ground for 1 c.
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour bread loaf pan. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vegetable oil with electric beater.
Beat in vanilla and flour mixture.
Stir grated zucchini into batter.
Spoon batter into pan and bake 55 to 60 minutes or until tester (toothpick) comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool on rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
