Honey Bread(Spice Bread; Pain D'Epice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour or half rye flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. strained honey
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift into a mixing bowl the first 6 ingredients. Add honey, egg and milk. Beat thoroughly 15 minutes at the very least. If you have an electric beater, beat 1/2 hour. Spoon into a buttered loaf pan, 9 x 5-inches, or into bread stick pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes for a loaf, 25 for bread sticks.
