Shamrock Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1/2 c. lime juice
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked 9-inch pie shell (graham cracker)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat 4 egg yolks and add condensed milk and then lime juice.
Beat until thick.
Beat 1 egg white stiff, then fold into mixture.
Pour into baked graham cracker crust.
