Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated raw zucchini, unpeeled
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (heaping)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini; beat well.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add to the first mixture and beat well. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Bake in three small loaf pans, well greased and floured, in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
