Green Beans With Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and trim beans; cook for about 5 minutes in boiling water until just tender-crisp.
    Drain and refresh with cold water; drain.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Saute walnuts for 3 minutes over medium heat until lightly browned.
    Add garlic, beans and lemon juice; toss to coat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 servings.
