Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. salad oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. vinegar to whole milk if you don't have sour milk)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated, raw zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix oleo, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
Mix well and add cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Mix and add zucchini.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
May sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cake while warm. Needs not to be frosted.
