Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. each salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine sugars, pumpkin, oil and eggs; beat until well blended. Sift flour, soda, salt and spices together.
Stir into pumpkin mixture.
Stir in nuts and water; spoon into well oiled 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until bread tests done.
Turn out on rack to cool.
