Chocolate Chip Cookies With A Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place length of foil on flat surface. In a large bowl, beat oils, brown sugar, milk and vanilla on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Add egg; beat well.
    Stir together flour, salt and baking soda.
    Gradually add to sugar mixture, beating on low speed just until blended.
    Stir in wheat germ, nuts and chocolate chips.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
    Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to foil.
