Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini, washed and unpeeled
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs; gradually beat in sugar, then oil. Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture alternately with zucchini.
    Stir in raisins, coarsely chopped nuts and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pans.
    Bake on lowest rack in oven 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes to cool before removing from pans.
    (I like to make this into muffins.)
