Health Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. regular oats, uncooked
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; beat with electric mixer until blended.
    Add sugars and mix well.
