Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. or more zucchini, peeled and sliced
    4 or 5 eggs (depending upon size)
    1 1/4 c. Locatelli cheese
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 large chopped onion
    1 clove finely chopped garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red or black pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. each basil and parsley
Preparation
    Mix everything well in a large bowl.
    Pour into a greased glass lasagna pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0. Uncover and let brown a little, about another 15 minutes.
