Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and cut up
    8 or 10 Mexican tortillas
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. grated cheese
    chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak tortillas in broth until soft.
    Saute onions and celery in broth until tender.
    Line a baking dish with softened tortillas.
    Mix together celery, onion, salt, pepper, soups and tomatoes.
    Alternate layers of chicken, soup mixture and cheese. Cover and cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice.
