Zucchini Pie(Reduced Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs (or substitute)
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. no-fat grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. Bisquick (no-fat)
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 c. thin sliced zucchini
Preparation
    In a pie plate, beat eggs and add oil.
    Stir together.
    Add onions, grated cheese, Bisquick and mix.
    Fold in zucchini, add parsley and stir full mixture.
    Bake in same pie plate at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
