Wonton Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1 Tbsp. grated onion
4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
wonton skins
6 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Brown ground pork.
Combine with egg, onion, 2 teaspoons salt and 1 tablespoon
soy sauce.
Wrap small amount of meat mixture in wonton skin; fold in triangle and wet edge with water to stick together.
Combine chicken stock, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2 teaspoons salt.
Add filled wontons and simmer until heated through.
