Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. block sharp cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
8 slices buttered, cubed bread
2 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Butter bread and cube.
Slice cheese into thin pieces.
Layer bread and cheese in buttered casserole dish.
