Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk, oil and eggs until well blended.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add vanilla and poppy seed and blend until smooth.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    This tastes just like the bread served at Market Fare restaurant in Lancaster.
    A very good, easy recipe.
