Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (with syrup)
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add all others.
Beat on medium speed until smooth.
Grease pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Makes 2 large loaf pans.
