Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cooked mashed pumpkin
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. water
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and oil; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin.
Combine dry ingredients; stir into pumpkin mixture.
Add water, raisins and nuts; blend well.
Spoon batter into a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
Yields 1 loaf.
