Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, oil, crushed pineapple, bananas, vanilla, soda, baking powder, flour and pecans.
Bake in two loaf pans for 55 to 60 minutes. Makes two loaves.
