Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    This is a very moist, easy-to-make cake. It generally tastes better the day after it's made.
