Onion-Cheese Supper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped (optional)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook onion in small amount of fat until tender but not brown. Combine egg and milk, add to biscuit mix, stir only until mix is just moistened.
    Add onion, 1/2 the cheese and parsley.
    Spread into a greased 8 x 1 1/2-inch round cake pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese, drizzle melted butter over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
