Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini, excess liquid drained off
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Mix lightly but well.
    Add flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, baking powder and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
    Cook for 45 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean, at 350\u00b0.
    (Can frost if desired.)
