Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 small greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Or bake in convection oven at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
