Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    3 medium soft bananas
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Add bananas and mix.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf (one large) pan.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower to 350\u00b0 and cook for 45 minutes longer.
