Oatmeal Drop Cookies(So Good They Don'T Keep.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. shortening and half butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. rolled oats (quick)
Preparation
    Combine flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt; cream shortening with sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla and blend; add dry ingredients.
    Fold in coconut, nuts and oats. Drop from teaspoon onto slightly greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool and store in airtight container.
