Sweet Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 stick oleo or butter
3 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
10 c. sifted flour
pinch of salt
4 eggs
Preparation

Scald milk with oleo and cool.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add the cool milk to the sugar.
Beat eggs and add to milk and sugar.
Add salt and vanilla.
Mix well. Add half of the flour and mix well. Add yeast and rest of the flour.
Mix until dough leaves sides of bowl.
Put into greased bowl. Cover and raise until double.
Punch down.
Put into greased loaf pans. Raise until double. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 3 loaves.
