Virgin Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Original Club crackers
Corn Flakes
1 stick butter, no substitute
1 stick margarine, no substitute
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Lay crackers on foil to cover. Boil butter, margarine, sugar and vanilla for 2 minutes. Pour butter mix over crackers. Make sure crackers are all covered with butter mixture. Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
You can also add nuts or coconut.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Pull foil out of pan onto protected counter to cool. This will peel off the foil when cool.
