Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter Crisco
    2 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, water, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Makes 6 dozen cookies.
