Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 medium size zucchini, washed and shredded
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon onto wax paper.
    Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl.
    Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini, lemon and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture, blending thoroughly.
    Stir in walnuts.
    Spoon batter onto 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
