Fried Zucchini Blooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

oil (for frying)
flour
egg, whipped
squash blooms

Preparation

Pick squash blooms that don't produce fruit.
The male bloom. Wash under slow water faucet to prevent tearing of bloom.
Dip in egg and then in flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Very good.
