Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 1/3 c. smooth or chunky peanut butter
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Dip tops in sugar.
    Place 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    If desired, press a crisscross on each cookie with fork prongs that have been dipped in water.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until light brown.
    Let cool on cookie sheet for about 1 minute, then move to racks to finish cooling.
    Yield 4 to 5 dozen.
