Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks margarine, melted
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
6 bananas
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 large box instant pudding mix (vanilla; regular or sugar-free)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. cherries
Preparation

Mix together cracker crumbs and margarine.
Press in bottom of 13 x 8 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
Prepare pudding mix according to package directions and spread over crust.
Slice bananas over mixture; spread pineapple over the bananas and then spread with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle nuts and cherries on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bananas will not turn dark.
