Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail, mashed a little
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    When thickened, add 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup coconut. Dribble this mixture over batter and then bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
